1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 256 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it transpires that the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered from the roof of the semi-constructed Anganbari Centre. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise-II, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 256 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
