JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 379 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture. It is specifically alleged against the petitioner that on the order of this petitioner, other family members of the petitioner made attempt to kill the informant for which Complaint Case No. 461C of 2008 was also filed.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant and the petitioner is an old lady. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant with dignity and honour,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41831 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 statement to that effect has been made in para 7 of the petition which reads as follows:- "That the petitioner is still ready to keep the complainant with her with full dignity and honour." Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jamui in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 34 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
