ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2019 in connection with Kangli P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 30(a)/37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from his conscious possession and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
