JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 The petitioner is the Chairman of the Adhoc School Education Committee of Rajkiya Middle School, Gamhariya Kala Adapur in the district of East Champaran. He has a grievance that the present Adhoc School Education Committee of the said School is not functioning properly in accordance with Rules, 2011. A direction is, accordingly, being sought to the respondents to take appropriate action against responsible persons, including the Principal and members of Adhoc School Education Committee of the said School.

On perusal of the writ petition, I find that serious allegations have been made against the members of Adhoc School Education Committee and the Principal of the aforesaid School, who have, however, not been made parties in their individual capacity in the writ application. It seems that filing of the present writ application is a result of local dispute between the petitioner and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14035 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 members of Adhoc School Education Committee of the said School.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this application.

It will, however, be open to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran in this regard, by filing appropriate application.

With the aforesaid observation, the present application is disposed of.
