2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 297 of 2025 dated 04.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 111(4) read with section 3(5) of the BNS and 66B, 66D I.T. of the Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on secret information, police conducted a raid and apprehended the petitioner and the co-accused persons and some succeeded to flee away who were indulged in cyber crime. On search some mobile phones in the name of another persons, were recovered from their possession.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. No one has made any complaint against the petitioner regarding any fraud. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 297 of 2025, with the condition/s:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable
