Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of recovery made from his conscious possession as well as from his house but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in jail custody since 21.8.2015 and up till now, his trial could not be concluded.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but taking into consideration his period of detention in the present case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, East Champaran at Motihari in Kalyanpur P.S.
