2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 366A, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. it appears that she was in relationship with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge 6-cum-Spl. Judge, POCSO, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024.
