The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case no. 267/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is said to have provided Arms license to Ranjit Kumar. The license was found fake.

It is submitted that the petitioner never provided any fake license to anybody. The petitioner is in jail since 26.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case no. 267/2015.
