2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was added in the F.I.R.
3. Informant suspects that these two petitioners alongwith other co-accused committed the murder of his father.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only suspicion has been raised against petitioners. Informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and has not disclosed any motive of the occurrence. During course of the investigation,

No.66653 of 2023(4) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 though it has come that the deceased had love affairs with petitioner no. 1 and due to this reason, petitioner no. 2, who is son of petitioner no. 1, and other two accused persons committed the murder of deceased, but no one has claimed to be eye-witness of the occurrence. The post-mortem report also suggests that death has occurred due to haemorrhage & shock on account of vascular disease of brain. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 37 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
