JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be Director of M.D.M.S Marketing India Ltd. and according to complaint case itself, it was owner of the aforesaid company who instigated the investors to deposit the amount in this company and deposited amount was taken by the Manager of this company.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Thakurganj P.S.Case No.107 of 2013.
