2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 08.05.2022 in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.41 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Court below as the impugned order has already been assailed in Cr. Misc. No. 56783 of 2022.
