1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 522 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution story on 27.06.2024 while the informant was at his khatal, the petitioners used abusive language against the informant alongwith other co-accused and upon objection, they assaulted the informant. It has further been alleged that the brother-in-law of the petitioner no. 2 and the co-accused assaulted the informant on his head by iron rod and the petitioner no. 2 assaulted the informant by fists and slaps and the petitioner no. 1 had allegedly snatched golden locket

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the parties are co-villagers and neighbours and there is a dispute between them regarding discharging dirty water. It has further been submitted that injury report has been discussed in the impugned order from where it appears that injury caused to the informant upon his head is simple in nature. The injury at the head of the informant is attributable to the co-accused i.e. brother-in-law of the petitioner no. 2. Allegation against the petitioner no. 1 is ornamental in nature.
5. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the previous dispute between the parties and the fact that injury caused to the informant is simple in nature, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 522 of 2024 subject to the condition as
