This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.05.2022, passed in Cr. Misc No. 35622 of 2021 whereby the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 17.05.2022, passed in Cr. Misc No. 35622 of 202, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
