The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of 'Mandamus' for commanding upon the respondent authorities to recall and revise the Electric bill generated by them to the petitioner for the month of July, 2017 relating to account number DUDOB 9644, Bill No. 20170723030028086 dated 12.07.2017 by which Bill of Rupees 3,01,817/- has been issued to the petitioner. (ii) To issue an appropriate writ preferably in the nature

commanding upon the respondent authorities to issue Electric Bill in favour of the petitioner in every month as per reading of the Electric Meter. (iii) To issue an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of 'Mandamus'
commanding upon the respondent authorities to adjust the amount earlier deposited by the petitioner as Energy charge from time to time and then to generate fresh correct bill in favour of the petitioner. (iv) To grant any other relief for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation on 27.07.2017 before the Electrical Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Aurangabad for redressal of his grievances but the same has not yet been disposed of.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.
5. Having regard to the nature of the prayer made, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Electrical Executive Engineer, South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Electric Supply Division, Aurangabad (respondent no. 3) to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation (Annexure-7), if not already disposed of, on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
