====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 01-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In the present case, the petitioner is claiming for her appointment as Anganbari Sevika on the strength of Aam Sabha conducted on 27.2.2015.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the Aam Sabha has already been canceled in the year 2015 itself and the petitioner has approached this Court after lapse of three years of the cause of action and, in such circumstances, the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.7856 of 2018 dt.01-10-2018 2/2 authority would not be directed to appoint the person on the basis of that Aam Sabha.

However, the authority will proceed with the fresh advertisement for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika and if the petitioner files an application, the authority will consider the same taking into account the objection raised by the respondent no.8 that she does not fall within the feeder area of that center. Let the entire process of selection of Anganbari Sevika be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
