In this case, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to Rs.36,00,000/-,(thirty six lacs) but payment has been made to Rs.27,00,000/- (twenty seven lacs) and Rs.9,00,000/- (Nine lacs) has been kept for the purpose of payment at Income Tax Act and further informed that after proper depositing rupees, if any rest amount would be left

In such view of the matter it appears that the order has been substantially complied with. Accordingly this contempt application is consigned and there is no need to proceed further. However, if the petitioner feels aggrieved, he may approach to the appropriate authority.
