JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2023 Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 304 (B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Pursuant to the last order dated 08.02.2023 the Suicide Note has been produced by the Investigating Officer of the case. Upon reading the suicide note it appears that the deceased has not blamed her in-laws or her husband and it also appears that she was mentally depressed. The husband of the deceased has surrendered on 27.02.2023 and he is in custody.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68016 of 2022(5) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021.
