2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 568 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, there is recovery of one country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is on jail since 16.07.2023.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 568 of 2023.
