The respondent - State who is appointing authority pursuant to the recommendation made by the selecting authority, it is learnt that petitioners have been appointed. It is very sorry state of affairs of the State Government in not providing date of appointment so as to examine the compliance order. However, learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputing in respect of compliance of the orders of this Court by the selecting and appointing authority. Therefore, MJC - contempt petition stands dropped.
