JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 It appears that in the order dated 17.09.2019 only reference of correction in the name of the father of the petitioner was incorporated. In fact, the petitioner has prayed for correction in the name of his father as well as mother. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of father of the petitioner was wrongly shown in the records as Bipin Yadav instead of Ajay Kumar Gupta and the name of the mother of the petitioner was wrongly shown as Kunti Devi instead of Soni Devi.

Due to inadvertence in paragraph no. 2 of the order dated 17.9.2019 only reference as to correction of name of father was incorporated. Let it be read as the name of the father and mother of the petitioner for correction i.e. Bipin Yadav and Kunti Devi which do not tally with the correct names of the father and mother of the petitioner.
