2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 134 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 354, 376, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. There being a wrong statement in paragraph '3' that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application giving the disclosure about the criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

4. This application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed by the petitioner.
