2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. On a secret information, one Mahindra Thar vehicle was intercepted and two persons were apprehended with arms & ammunition and they disclosed that aforesaid arms & ammunition were purchased from this petitioner on making payment of Rs. 38,000/- only.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, who were apprehended with arms & ammunition. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 726 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
