The petitioners seek bail in Sakra P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Nephew of the informant is said to have been murdered by his in-laws when he had gone to his in-laws house and his dead body was buried.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case mere on suspicion. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. During the course of investigation, I.O. has not recorded statement of a single witness before submitting chargesheet. The petitioners

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge 13th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015 (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) Mishra/- U T
