JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2018 The petitioners by way of the present review petition has sought for review of the order dated 15.09.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16929 of 2008.

From the said order dated 15.09.2014, I find that the case of the petitioners has merely been remanded back to the petitioners herein to take appropriate decision, therefore, no positive mandamus has been issued by the order dated 15.09.2014 passed by this Court to do or not to do something.
