2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Parties vide order dated 07.08.2025 passed in A.B.P. No. 2213 of 2025 arising out of Hariharnath P.S. Case No. 61 of 2025, registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 74, 324(4), 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5)of the B.N.S.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties have not disclosed their criminal antecedents

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64395 of 2025(4) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 before the court below while seeking anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Magistrate concerned, who had granted anticipatory bail to the opposite parties, by filing an appropriate application on the aforesaid ground.

5. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the learned Magistrate concerned, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of its filing, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties. In the event of non-cooperation by any party, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to proceed ex parte in accordance with law.
