JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 13-01-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, in fact, according to Section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984 the appeal is maintainable as the order impugned herein is final order disposing of the guardianship case but by mistake has filed this miscellaneous application.
Accordingly he seeks permission to covert this miscellaneous application into miscellaneous appeal. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, permission is accorded and he is permitted to convert this civil miscellaneous application into miscellaneous appeal within three weeks.
