The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2017 in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 407 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 25 (1-b) a, 26 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and that the pistol recovered was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur
