JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard Sri Mukesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned A.P.P. This is second attempt for grant of bail. Earlier, a report was called for, which has been received, which suggests that out of 13 witnesses four witnesses have already been examined. Charge in the case was framed on 2.5.2015. Considering the fact that trial has commenced, there is no reason for reviewing or recalling my earlier order. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
However, keeping in view the fact that petitioner is in custody, the learned court below is required to take steps, so that, trial may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U T
