The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 385, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner fired upon the informant, due to which he received injury in his left hand. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 2.8.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the victim. As per the injury report, there is no fire arm injury on the body of the victim. The injury report does not support the allegations made in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Naugachia, District Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur P.S. case No.270 of 2015.
