JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2023 This criminal writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for order or direction to the respondents not to disturb the petitioner and his family members at the town of Begusarai.
(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents authority not to threaten and extort/exploit the petitioner and his family members in the town of Begusarai.
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1362 of 2019(3) dt.23-02-2023 2/2 (iii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents authority to give protection to the petitioner and his family members.
In view of the prayer made in this criminal writ application, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3. If such, representation is filed, the respondent no. 3 shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
