2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the first information report of K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 106 of 2016 dated 19.03.2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the perusal of the first information report as contained in Annexure-1 to the writ petition, I find that ingredients of cognizable offences are clearly attracted.

4. In that view of the matter, neither the institution of the first information report nor its investigation can be held to be bad.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
