JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 22-06-2018 Seeking exception to an order passed by the learned writ court on 24-01-2017 in CWJC No. 14368 of 2016, this appeal has been filed under Clause X of the Letters Patent. Apart from the fact that there is a delay of more than 393 days in filing of this appeal, condonation of which is prayed for in I.A. No. 2374 of 2018, we find that on 24-01-2017, a bunch of writ petitions, more than 100 in number, were decided by a common order and in most of the cases, L.P.A's were filed and a coordinate Bench of this court in L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017, decided on 17-04-2018, has dismissed identical cases challenging the same order.

6/6 In view of the order passed on 17-04-2018 in L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 and another cases, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter.

For the grounds and reasons already considered and rejected in the order dated 17-04-2018 passed in LPA No. 535 of 2017, this appeal is also dismissed.
