The petitioners seek bail in GRP/ Jhajha P.S. Case no. 53/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not named in the FIR. The informant lodged the case for theft of his two attachies containing ornaments with cash. The petitioners were remanded in this case on suspicion and they are said to have confessed their guilt but no stolen article was recovered nor the petitioners were put on Test Identification Parade. One of the witnesses disclosed that the petitioners were seen immediately after the occurrence but nobody seen the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, Lakhisarai, in connection with GRP/Jhajha P.S. Case no. 53/2014.
