This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed against the part of the order dated 02.06.2016 passed by the learned Sub-Judge-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur in T.S. No. 482 of 2011, whereby the learned court below has allowed the amendment application filed by the defendants for amending the written statement.

It is admitted fact that still today, no witness has been examined by any of the parties. Issues have not even been framed as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Therefore, the learned court below has allowed the pre-trial amendment. I therefore, find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
