====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 703 of 2019for the offenses under Sections 307, 393, 400 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he along with other persons surrounded the informant and attempted to snatch his motorcycle but on hulla, nearby people gathered and apprehended the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
