2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 566 (C) of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the talks of compromise are going on between the parties.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2021.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
7. Considering the fact that the parties are going to enter into a compromise, this case is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to release the petitioner if the parties finally settle their disputes on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge- 9th -cumACJM-9th Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 566 (C) of 2021 and if the compromise between the parties fails then the petitioner shall not be released on bail.
