Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 24 of 2022 / 280 of 2022 arising of Simri P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased is the wife of the petitioner and her dead body was found by the police. For the disappearance of the deceased the petitioner did not inform the police. The father of the deceased had given information to the police about the disappearance of the deceased. The conduct of the petitioner shows that he is involved in the killing of the deceased.
