2. The present writ petition has been filed directing the respondent to recognize the Government of India B-level computer examination degree conducted by Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC Society) as equivalent to M.C.A.

3. Learned counsel for the Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission Societies submits that the present writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.7789 of 2018(4) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 has been filed in the year 2018 and the situation during pendency of the writ petition has been changed. Counsel further submits that Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission Societies vide its resolution has decided not to appoint any person for the post of I.T. Manager and as a policy decision, it has been decided to accept the person through BELTRON.

4. As such, the cause of action for the petitioner is no more so far as the recognition of the degree by the Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission Societies is concerned.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is hereby disposed off without deciding any matter on merit. Liberty is available to the petitioner that as and when the occasion shall arise, he may raise the same issue at the appropriate stage. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Divyansh/- U
