The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Purnahia P.S. Case No.50 of 2019, registered under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made specific allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner threw hot oil causing burn injury on Sonu Kumar and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place on account of quarreling took place between the grandson of the informant and son of the petitioner. No injury was found on the body of the grandson of the informant but from perusal of the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it appears that the injury on Sonu Kumar was incorporated in para 30 of the case diary and the doctor found

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60574 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 burn injury on the body of Sonu Kumar as grievous caused by hot oil. Besides Sonu Kumar, three more persons were injured on account of throwing of hot oil.

Taking into consideration the fact that it was petitioner who threw hot oil on the body of Sonu Kumar and others causing grievous injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
