JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 Having regard to the fact that the case has been committed to the Sessions Court for Trial, there is no chance that the Trial may be concluded within short span of time and the petitioner has remained in custody since 08.09.2017, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge VI, Jehanabad in connection with Sessions Trial No. 174/2019 arising out of Banshi P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 subject to conditions:

1) that both the bailors must be the family members of the petitioner.

2) that the petitioner shall extend full cooperation in the early conclusion of the Trial and in the event he fails to attend the Trial on two consecutive days without any cogent reason, liberty shall be available to the court below to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
