The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Ghosi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No.71 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named 13 persons and alleged that all accused persons assaulted him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. All the named accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.49235 of 2017 and Cr.Misc.No.6301 of 2018. The case of the petitioner stands on better footing as the name of petitioner surfaced during course of investigation and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the above

No.58919 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge I, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No.71 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
