The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are brother-in-law and sisterin-law of the deceased. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the husband of the deceased is already in custody. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in
