2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment ) Act 2018.

3 . As per the prosecution case , 208 litres of illicit liquor was recovered from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion . Petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted. 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Court No. 1 Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Barun P. S. Case No. 343 of 2023 .
