JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 02.11.2016, seeks bail in connection with Sikandara P.S.Case No. 166 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity as similarly situated other co-accused persons namely Pankaj Pandey and Md. Salam Khan were admitted to bail by coordinate Bench of this court as well as this court by order dated 11.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15356 of 2017 and by order dated 06.02.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 6942 of 2018. Further submissions is that save and except confessional statement of the petitioner, there is no other material even he was not put on TIP.
