The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No. 187 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 427 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the main allegation in the FIR is against one Mantu Yadav to have assaulted with iron rod on the head of the sister of the informant. He submitted that for the alleged act of Mantu Yadav four ladies and two male have been falsely implicated in the present case. He submitted that so far as the petitioners are concerned, there is no specific overt act alleged against them.

No.46062 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation and the submissions made above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No. 187 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
