2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A and 365 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Gaura P.S.Case No. 70 of 2024.

3. The informant, being unsettled by the dowry demand and subsequent torture meted out to his daughter in various ways, lodge the FIR, alleging the active enterprise of the petitioner along with his mother, father and other inlaws.

4. While drawing my attention towards para-19 of the case diary, which contains the statement of the brother

No.67081 of 2024(5) dt.20-08-2025 2/3 of the victim, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the brother of the victim has stated that his sister went somewhere which he did not know. It has also been submitted that one year prior to the occurrence also the victim had fled away from her matrimonial home, according to the statement of her brother.

5. The Investigating Officer, in compliance of the order dated 05.08.2025, is present in Court and he states that he tried his level best to trace out the victim, but she could not be traced out. The informant, the father of victim, also did not co-operate with the Investigating Officer, according to his statement.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, specially the statement of the brother of the victim, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Saran, Chappra in connection with Gaura P.S.Case No. 70 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
