2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(1) (2), 38, 41(1) (2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Recovery is of 377.8 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
