The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.299 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named five persons including these two petitioners and alleged that they all came and began to abuse the informant. When Beauty Kumari, daughter of the informant came out, Vishwajeet Choudhary caught her hair and assaulted her with rod on her nose and blood started oozing from the nose of Beauty Kumari. When Aman Kumar, son of the informant came, Sudha Ranjan Choudhary assaulted with iron rod on his head causing blood oozing injury on head.

On account of land dispute, some scuffle took place. The injuries found on the persons of Beauty Kumari and Aman Kumar and the informant are simple in nature. There is no repetition of blow.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are close agantes and neighbours of the informant and on account of some petty dispute there appears that some scuffle took place in which the son and the daughter of the informant got injuries on head and nose which are superficial and simple in nature, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.299 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
