2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 104/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of about 33 litres of illicit liquor from the petitioner who is in custody since 05.08.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without accepting his guilt.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67185 of 2024(2) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge (Excise), Biharsharif, Nalanda/concerned court in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 104/2024.

6. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Nala Road, Patna and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.

7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Bind police station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
