JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mufassil P. S. Case No. 250 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498A, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happens to be the father-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant. Allegation against them is that they have assaulted the informant and also misbehave with her and threatening her to destroy her family life. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact, she has illicit relationship with others, for which, these petitioners protested, as such, they have been made accused in this case. There is no injury report available on the record.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Mufassil P. S. Case No. 250 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
